Hi, due to the nature of our business we do not cover the cost of return shipping. All returns are subjected to a 10% stocking fee. We do not accept return requests 7 days after an item’s delivered date under any circumstances nor do we accept back used goods. If an item arrives damaged and proof is presented that it arrived damaged within the first 48 hours of delivery, we will pay for the cost of return shipping and you will be refunded the full amount or we can replace the item through our supplier and we will cover the cost of returning the damaged product if you choose to replace it.
Any chargebacks due to a refusal to comply with our return policy can result in legal action.
Most items ship within the first 7 business days. While we do our best to only source from US suppliers for faster delivery, we sometimes find products from overseas. This can increase the time of delivery to up to 35 business days.
